1. About Us
These Terms govern your use of luxuryhomewalldecors.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated by Black Lion LLC, Beirut Street, Ajman Industrial 1, Ajman, UAE.

2. Products
All our products are premium laser-cut acrylic wall art pieces manufactured in our UAE factory. Product images are representative — slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or production batches. All dimensions listed are approximate.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price shown at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment
We accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all UAE Emirates
Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later — 4 instalments)
Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Credit/Debit card via secure payment gateway

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is selected. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
Express delivery available — contact us via WhatsApp for arrangements
Free delivery applies to orders above the threshold shown at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to courier or logistics issues are outside our control

6. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom orders (personalised name plates, custom neon signs, etc.) require 5–10 business days production time. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all spelling and design details carefully before confirming.

7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. Our return policy:

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp +971 54 741 9992 or email luxuryhomewalldecor@gmail.com. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind: we accept returns within 7 days provided the item is unused, in original condition, and original packaging. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Warranty
All products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or environmental factors.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, and branding on this website are the property of Luxury Decors UAE / Black Lion LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Luxury Decors UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of Ajman, UAE.
